Dream Design Construct often collaborates with various interior design firms, realtors, and contractors to create beautiful dream homes in the various communities of Los Angeles.
Built in 1921, this Spanish Style home needed an update to tastefully bring some of its elements to the 21st century but without losing its old world Spanish charm. DDC collaborated with the interior designer, La Kaza, to redesign this home into Spanish Contemporary.
The original home had 3 bedrooms and one bathroom; DDC redesigned the floor plan to accommodate for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior layout was also redesigned to include a spacious kitchen that opens up into the dining hall, a more open and inviting living area, and naturally lit interiors throughout the home through the use of skylights. The backyard features a stunning uncovered deck that hugs the left side of the home and provides a relaxing outdoor space to entertain guests.
DDC also contributed its expertise in permit processing so that real-estate firm, The Sunset Team, could take on this home as a project and put it on the market with no hassle.
